Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us PolarBoutique! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Processing Times
We are a print-on-demand (POD) store, which means all our products are made to order — just for you!
Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for order processing and production before shipping.
This helps us reduce waste and only create what’s needed. Thanks for supporting mindful shopping!
Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses, and your order is sent out as soon as it’s processed.
During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays. Please allow a few extra days for delivery during these times.
If there’s ever a significant delay with your shipment, we’ll reach out via the contact information provided at checkout—either by email or phone.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are based on the country where the item is produced and shipped from, which is typically the location closest to your delivery address:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5-14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs)
Please note:
- Items in your order may be shipped separately if they are produced in different facilities.
- Shipping times are in addition to processing time.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations
out of the seller’s control).
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:
- Weather or natural disasters
- Postal service disruptions
- Customs processing for international orders
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (North America) or 30 business days (International) after shipment, please contact us at connect@polarboutique.ca and we’ll help track it down.
PolarBoutique is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you are unsure if the damage was caused during shipping or have any questions in general, please contact connect@polarboutique.ca
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PolarBoutique.ca is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
