We currently ship directly from Canada using Canada Post. All orders are carefully packed and shipped by our small Canadian team.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and Canada Post service timelines.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canadian book orders: Approximately 3–10 business days after shipment via Canada Post.

At this time, books ordered outside of Canada are available through Amazon.com. Delivery times for international Amazon orders will vary depending on location and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, postal disruptions, holidays, customs delays, or other situations outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Current Canadian flat-rate shipping for book bundles and select book orders is $8 CAD.

Our flat-rate shipping helps us keep things simple and consistent for Canadian customers.

Tracking Your Order

At this time, Canadian book orders shipped through Canada Post regular mail do not include tracking.

You will still receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been mailed.

For orders placed outside of Canada through Amazon.com, tracking availability will depend on Amazon’s shipping methods and destination country.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at connect@polarboutique.ca and we’ll do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage.

Orders Placed Through Amazon

Books purchased through Amazon.ca or Amazon.com are subject to Amazon’s shipping, delivery, return, and refund policies.

For any issues related to Amazon orders, including tracking, delivery, returns, or refunds, please contact Amazon directly through your Amazon account.
