Pricing for our products is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice, and we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation. We have made every effort possible to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or device’s screen will display colours with perfect accuracy.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Custom Product Notice

Please note that all items in our store are custom-made print on demand products, created specifically for each order. This means that each product is unique and produced only after an order is placed.

Order Acceptance & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us, at any time, for any reason.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include:

• Orders placed under the same customer account
  
• Orders using the same credit card
  
• Orders with the same billing and/or shipping address

If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

Orders suspected of being fraudulent, involving stolen payment methods, or submitted with false information will be automatically cancelled. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and/or payment platforms.

Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size charts before ordering)
  
• Change of mind
  
• Color variations (slight differences may occur due to monitor settings)

Eligible Returns

We offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:

• Damaged or defective items
  
• Incorrect items received
  
• Print quality issues

If this applies to your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right.

Return Process

1. Contact us at connect@polarboutique.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide clear photos or videos of the issue with your product.
3. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

1. We cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items.
2. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases.

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been fulfilled. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the secure, industry-leading e-commerce platform that powers our online store. Through Shopify, we can securely process payments, manage orders, and ensure your personal information is handled according to rigorous privacy and security standards.
